Let me begin by saying a quick thank you to everyone for helping make my first season as director easier. I want to especially thank those of you that volunteered your time as coaches. Without our volunteer coaches, we would not be able to make this possible, so thank you!

The UCUSC Academy Team will be hosting two different Academy sessions for the month of January that have been requested and will be in HIGH DEMAND!
Does your player have the skill and passion to continue their soccer career on the collegiate level? Well this is their opportunity to see if it is the right fit for them!
The UCUSC Academy is extremely lucky to have the opportunity to work with former All-American Soccer Player at LSU and former Tennessee Tech Women's Soccer Assistant Coach Rachel Rogers in a "College Prep" session set to take place at Cookeville High School. These sessions will be high intensity and only for those who are ready to focus, work hard and improve their game in an environment identical to one found at a competitive collegiate level program.
Now that the holidays are over and all the turkey, ham and cookies have been eaten, it is time to get focused and fit again for the coming season! Join the UCUSC Training Academy at Cookeville High School to help get a little bit of the rust off with some high intensity training. This academy session will be geared around the technique needed for an individual to be an agile and explosive player: focusing on sprinting form to increase overall sprint speed, quick footwork with use of skills moves and ladders, explosiveness, and general fitness from participation in high intensity dribbling exercises. We guarantee significant improvement in your player's overall physicality or your next academy session is free!
The session will take place at Cookeville High School at the following times:
Tuesdays January 17th and 24th from 4-530pm
